Information, not an automatic offer
Website content is general information about Nova’s current enquiry pathways and planned platform direction. It does not guarantee that a service, provider, date, location, product or price is available.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or contract. A service is confirmed only after Nova has reviewed the requirement and the parties have agreed the relevant scope, price, timing and other terms.
Future capabilities
Provider-network, supplier, marketplace, shop and international-expansion pages describe planned capabilities. They do not constitute active recruitment, onboarding, product listing, selling or guaranteed future launch.
Accuracy
Reasonable care is taken to keep the website useful and accurate. Content may change as service readiness, availability and business operations develop.
Acceptable use
